We at TEEKANNE are interested in maintaining and protecting a well-functioning organization. TEEKANNE is therefore interested in eliminating deficiencies in the organization as far as possible in order to ensure the functioning and well-being of the group of companies.

Unfortunately, no organization can exclude the possibility that deficiencies may arise that are due to people (company employees and/or external service providers or other parties involved) carrying out actions that are not legal, do not appear legitimate and can give you the feeling that „… something is not quite right“. It corresponds with TEEKANNE’s philosophy and corporate values to create transparency by having the opportunity to use the whistleblower channel to report processes that appear to be „not in order“, illegal or at least legally questionable, even in an anonymous way. For all human rights and environmental concerns in the supply chain, however, please use the reporting channel of the German Tea Association at www.report-tvh.com. Together with the German Tea Association, TEEKANNE has appointed an external counsel of confidence for this purpose, who also treats the information received anonymously and confidentially. The rules of procedure available under the link (link) regulate the general procedure for the said whistleblowing channel for all matters relating to the supply chain.

Whistleblowers make significant contributions to the good functioning of our company by revealing irregularities or even criminal offenses. The information reported often provides valuable information for the company that would not have become known without the support of the whistleblower. We assure every whistleblower that we will investigate all reports with the utmost care and in absolute confidentiality.
